One app for managers and staff
Managers build, publish, and track the roster. Staff see their week, pick up shifts, and clock in. Nobody schedules in WhatsApp again.
Build & publish rosters
Weekly calendar view. Create shifts, assign staff to positions, and publish to the whole team in one tap.
Positions management
Assign staff to specific positions (Front of House, Bar Section, Kitchen) right on the shift.
GPS clock-in tracking
See who clocked in, who's running late, and where they started. Every clock-in is logged with GPS.
Active Now dashboard
Live view of exactly who is on shift right now. Green dot = active. No guessing.
Swaps, time-off & availability
Staff request swaps and time off, and set when they can work. You approve or decline in one tap.
Timesheets & payroll export
Clock-ins become timesheets automatically. Review, approve, and export them when it is time to run payroll.
Active Now: know exactly who's working right now
A live green dot for everyone on shift, across every location. It updates the moment someone clocks in or out, so you never have to ring around to find out.
